She completed her Doctorate at RMIT where her practice research focused on telling stories of marginalisation through interdisciplinary arts publishing. The works examine the shifting relationship between body, sexuality, and selfhood that occurs when hormonal change arrives far earlier than expected, disrupting both personal and cultural narratives surrounding femininity and ageing.

Across the series, a composed and natural colour palette sits in tension with frantic, gestural mark-making. This juxtaposition reflects the dissonance between external composure and the internal instability of a body undergoing profound change. The works occupy a space between control and rupture, tracing the emotional and physical fragmentation that can emerge when the body becomes unfamiliar to itself.
